WORKSHOP BOOKING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

All workshops booked via the website require payment in advance to confirm your place. If you are unhappy using payment via our website, please get in touch for alternative payment options available.

Bespoke workshops also require full payment in advance to secure an agreed date.

If you change your mind within 14 days of booking, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with Consumer Credit Act, minus a £15 administration fee.. This does not apply to late bookings made within 2 weeks of the workshop date, specialist 1:1, or bespoke workshop sessions.

Booking Terms

 

In the event of a cancellation by you, after the 14 days prior to the agreed date, payments are non-refundable.  

However, if the place can be filled, credit may be given to be used for future workshops.

To help with this, the cancelled booking will be placed back up on my website. I will also put the word out to my mailing list and use social media (time permitting).

 

Alternatively, if you’re unable to attend, we are happy for you to send a friend in your place, just let us know their name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop date.

Credits & Gift Vouchers need to be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

In the unlikely event I have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances, or if I am unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the workshop, I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

I will happily refund the workshop cost, or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, I cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, expenses, or disappointment.

Please be aware. Items made at my workshops are intended for personal use only and not for commercial use. I respectfully ask that no photographs of the processes are taken, although you can take pictures as a record of your day. Thank you.

Su France Designs take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of its customers. It is important that you are aware of others and their safety. I cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to you or your personal possessions. Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. I cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred whilst visiting the premises.
